Daily Tip: Zen-Meditation

What is Zen?
Zen is a way of life that fosters calmness, awareness and intuitive thinking. It enriches your life, encourages patience and is “a source of vitality and inner focus.”

    Anyone can do it. A simple way to practice is to sit quietly in any one of our beautiful parks allowing thoughts and sensations to occur, observing without judgment. My favorite practice of quiet reflection is through yoga. Go ahead and try it, you’ve got nothing to loose and much to gain.
