belong to a Gluten Intolerance Support group called
Gluten Free for Life Expo & Gluten
Free inFlorida.
We meet once a month to discuss topics such as
Celiac disease, other Health related symptoms that are caused from consuming gluten
in your diet, we share GF recipes, at some meetings we have speakers/chefs that
come in that are connected with the Gluten free community, we share experiences
with Gluten free products out in the market & we also discuss the hidden Gluten that are in
other
products not just food items.
This group consist of men & woman of different
ages with many
reasons why they are Gluten –free .
It is nice to meet people that you can share & discuss your experience with
Gluten Intolerance.
We are also involved in Gluten Free exhibitions
across the state of Florida .
I’m
looking forward to participating in
my first expos. next year
in St. Petersburg, Fl in March.

Exchange’’
We had to make/or purchase 2 dozen Gluten free cookies . The Holidays don’t have to be difficult with
baking to celebrate with the festivities being Gluten -free.
We all enjoyed sharing our recipes & we all left with many cookies that I'm sure ....
My husband & I will really enjoy eating them too!!!

GF Chocolate covered oreos cookies !
I love to make Chocolate covered oreos
cookies every year for Christmas.
Now I make them Gluten Free!!!!
They were a Hit !!!
The GF Chocolate covered Oreos
are easy to make too!
You will need:
Gluten free Oreos – I used Glutino Brand
GF chocolate chips-I used Guittard
Brand
¼ tsp vegetable oil (For shiny
chocolate)
GF Christmas colored sprinkles or non-pariels
Melt chocolate chips in the
microwave on low until melted. Stir in vegetable oil.
Place your oreos in the melted chocolate and make sure it is
completely covered and then place them
on wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with Christmas colored
sprinkles or non-pariels.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets up.
