Mini Ѽ Pumpkin Spice Protein Ѽ Waffles
Mini Ѽ Pumpkin Spice Protein Ѽ Waffles
I used a DASH mini Pumpkin Ѽ shape waffle maker for this recipe.
Ingredients-makes about 18 mini waffles
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- 3 Large Eggs
- Splash Pure Vanilla extract
Instructions
Sift together the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
Mix in the almond milk, pumpkin spice creamer and the eggs with a slash of vanilla .Combine/Mix the dry and wet ingredients together to form the batter.
Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray .Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the waffle maker.
Close the lid and cook until golden brown .
Enjoy with your favorite toppings !

Trick or Treat ?
I made some peanut🥜 butter Ѽ Pumpkin bone treats . Itsy approves 😋
Homemade Grain Free Peanut butter Pumpkin Dog Treats
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg & ginger)
1 cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt )
1/4 to 1/2 cup of chicken broth (as needed to form dough)
*Make sure your peanut butter doesn't include
the artificial sweetener xylitol as this is toxic to dogs.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl -Sift together the almond, coconut flour and pumpkin spice
Separate bowl add Pumpkin and peanut butter mix to combine.
Mix the wet into the dry ingredients .
Form dough using chicken broth as needed . Press dough into a ball.
Roll out dough about 1/4 thick ( with a sprinkling of flour )
using a bone shaped cookie cutter cut into shape
then prick the bones with a fork and place on a cookie sheet .
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
