Eulogy for our Beloved Mother

My sister and I would like to thank everyone for coming and paying their respect to Our dearest Mother , although we like to  call her  Ma ....  who is  the greatest mother to Renee and I .  We are very proud we picked you for our MOM. You are beautiful inside and out.  You showed us how strong a woman can be especially when we were about 5-6 years old, living as a single mom . Your heart poured out your love for your daughters. Then we made you a grandmother and boy did you love your 3 grandsons. Steven,Ricky and Anthony .They love you back just as much !!!! You were so happy when your 1st great granddaughter Aleigha  was born  so excited ....Yay .....finally its a girl ...we had alot of boys born in the family and now you have 2 great granddaughters  with our special lil girl  Phoebe which she could never pronounce either one of their names . I know you will watch over them always !!!!  They will always miss you !!!  I sure am going to miss your phone calls everyday ...I  really should say every night  because my mom was a night owl ...sleep in the day ...up all night ...she would say I have my days mixed up ...she would call my sister and I and half the time we may have dozed off during some conversations .... Zzzz .... She also really enjoyed laughing it up with her son in-laws too!!!  Rick and my mom would always talk about food and how  her mother(Grandma Russo)  would make Italian recipes with her famous MEATBALLS,braciole, and good ol pasta fagioli...and throw in some scarol and beans,,,  all my grandmas recipes especially around the holidays   ...all our mouth would be watering craving it   ...and her and Rick agreed that their favorites are BBQ RIBS....  so funny everyday she would ask me and my sister "Whatcha eat or Whatcha cooking today" meantime its 9 pm like mom we already ate and shes about to be eat  breakfast at 9 pm ...lol  She say I am going to have me some waffles ,,,Her and Al would also have some doozies of laughter together and I am sure he has quite a few of them to tell that would probably make you pee your pants ...lol  My mom will be missed by many,  to all the great nieces and nephews so many to name and  especially her nieces Ruthann and Joann with  so many good childhood memories  as us cousins with my mom   that will never be forgotten and we will hold on to them in our hearts. My mom's  best friend Patsy which my sister and I are very grateful for all she has done for our mother.  I like to share A few  things about our mom she enjoyed Food  of course that all she talked about she loved her sandwiches...she never go  without bread !!!! (even though I really think she was gluten intolerance she say don't take away her bread , lunchmeat and cheese.. she did know she couldn't tolerate dairy either and we won't go into the POOP scoop there...lol  ) she really was the best to talk to ...boy can she talk ...I guess that is the Italian in her ...  I swear she loved gossip in a good way ...lol  funny You get talking to her about something and she like Hahemmmmmmm....we joke about it ...how she says it ... my mom loved cats , she wanted a white Persian cat , she loved animals , she always ask about our pets like they were family too.  She had Many cat calendars too not one but many and every month she like I have to change all those calendars oh also when it was daylight saving time  the many clocks she had to change ....yes my mom was we'll say a collector of many things especially nicknacks she knew when one was out of place ...Don't touch those nicknacks she would flip a lid--the many memories my sister and I will cherish many stories we will continue to share throughout the years . This is such a tragic loss and our hearts are truly broken . My mom has joined her family in Heaven that is the only thing that brings me some comfort knowing she is with God and is with her family that passed on . She would say to me all the time "I miss my mother I miss my mama " now that she is with my grandmother now in Heaven ....My sister and I are now left to say "I miss my mama" I miss my mother !!!!

I don't know if the wound of losing a mother will ever heal, This indeed is the hardest thing my sister & I have ever experienced(Especially my sister who was with her when she passed) Our mom who is full of love  May she rest in peace. We will love you forever & always !!!!! ️ your daughters Renee & Pati

Mamma 😢 (Goodbye)

My sister &I lost our beautiful, lovely, mother yesterday. It is such a tragic loss and our hearts are truly broken . My mom has joined her family in Heaven that is the only thing that brings me some comfort knowing she is with God and is with her family that passed on . She would say to me all the time "I miss my mother I miss my mama " now that she is with my grandmother now in Heaven ....I am now left to say "I miss my mama" I miss my mother !!!! I don't know if the wound of losing a mother will ever heal, This indeed is the hardest thing my sister & I have ever experienced(Especially my sister who was with her when she passed) She was full of love ....she loves and adored her grandkids and 2 great granddaughters. She will be missed by many !!!! I want to thank everyone, our families , and the many people who was praying for my mother while she was in hospital and now for all the comforting loving prayers and thoughts it means so much to my sister & I and our entire family that is mourning the loss of our mom . May my mother rest in peace. I will love you forever & always !!!!! ️
