If I want more flavor or extra protein I add a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter.

I always add a package Benefiber to my protein shakes.

To make a smoothie consistency add Greek Yogurt for extra protein . My Favorite is to add the yogurt to the Perfectly Protein Mocha Cappuccino along with ice and blend.
Mix and match any way to your liking . If I'm craving sweets I blend frozen tropical fruit with Ice & coconut water with Bolthouse Amazing Mango.
You can also use almond milk , soy milk & coconut milk to your protein powder if you opt not to use Bolthouse products.
Had to add this recipe for the fall season :
Coffee & water in brewer:
- 3 tablespoons ground dark roast coffee or espresso
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups ice cubes (14 to 17 each)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk or half and half
