Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1 no-calorie sweetener packet(Truvia)
- Drizzle of Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I used Apple Dumpling spice )
- 1 Fuji or Gala apple, cored and cubed(I used a Gala apple)
- Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Directions
Dice 1 apple into cubes and place into a bowl then sprinkle with Dutch Apple spice and 1 Truvia package.
Place in microwave for 20 -30 seconds until apples are hot.
Place the Greek yogurt in a separate bowl and add more sweetener, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon Apple spice or cinnamon . Mix well.
Top apple cubes with the Greek yogurt mixture and then drizzle with honey and add chopped walnuts.Enjoy!
