I am testing out a short cut Gluten Free
recipes for Thanksgiving!
You know you gotta have Pie!!!!
Preheat oven to 325 degree F
Ingredients :
1-9 inch Gluten Free pie crust

- Premium Aged Bourbon
- No Corn Syrup
- No Artificial Colors or Flavors
- No Preservatives
- Each Jar Makes 9inch Pie
- 21 oz
Add 4 room temperature eggs in a mixing bowl
Add 3 tablespoon of Earth Balance
Soy Free Butter spread
- Soy-Free
- Vegan
- Lactose-Free
- Gluten-Free
- Expeller-Pressed Oils
- 0g Trans Fat
- Casein-Free
- Non-GMO
while you whisk the eggs
Add melted butter slowly while you whisk the eggs
Adding little at time will prevent eggs from curdling
Add the whole jar of Pecan Pie filling to egg mixture
Mix all ingredients together
Until all is well combined
Prick pie crust with a fork
to prevent crust from bubbling
Place pie onto a foiled covered baking pan
Bake in oven
for 1 hour
Remove pie and let cool
the pie will have raised a bit once cooled
it will shrink back down
I like to add Frozen SoCo Dairy Free Vanilla
flavor on top of my slice of pie
Yum!I have to say I really didn't care
so much for the bourbon flavor
