Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed (grounded)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp ground saigon cinnamon
2 tsp pure vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp monk fruit maple syrup
2 tbsp golden brown monk fruit sweetener
1 egg white
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, rolled oats, almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, golden brown monk fruit and salt.
In separate bowl, mix together applesauce, vanilla and monk fruit maple syrup.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well for a minute, to fully incorporate and turn sticky.
Whisk egg white until foamy and add to the granola mixture, and mix well.
Add the dried cranberries, and mix one more time.
Spread the granola mixture onto a lined parchment paper baking tray and press it well using a spatula.
Bake at 250F for 1 hour.
Let it cool complete, then break into larger or smaller chunks.
Serve on top of yogurt, and top with some fresh berries, on top of ice cream, or just with in a bowl with your choice of milk (served cold or hot) .
