❤ Our Anniversary Dinner ❤

 ❤Happy Anniversary Dinner❤
It was a very special night
for my husband & I !!!
Yeah !!! We made it to 25 years !!!
Let the celebration Begin!!!!
My husband came home with a
beautiful bouquet of Roses !!!!
 My husband always
picks out the best cards!!!
We decided to have dinner at
 Spinners Rooftop Revolving Bistro.
It has been many years since we have dined there and the view is breathtaking....
  &
     Romantic !!!!
We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar ...
then we got seated to our table
with the view of St. Petersburg Beach.
The restaurant slowly revolves 360 degrees.
As you rotate around ...
There were signs posted up to tell you how many miles away from where we are to  places
in the North, South, East & West direction.
 Our dinner was great !
It took about an hour
 to circle around the restaurant.
With toasting to a  few drinks ...
Not sure if my husband
has goo goo eyes for me

or ....
hes about ready to get off the
 "Carousel of Love ride"
LOL
Honestly I was feeling alil
 motion sickness too...
I had a wonderful 25th Anniversary !

Looking forward to the many ...
 more years of marriage !!!!

ψ Three Bean Dip ψ

Ingredients

I’m using 3 cups of the mixed 3 beans that I cooked earlier
for my 3 bean & ham soup recipe
however you can use the following :

  Goya is a good brand.

1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounce size) great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounce size) red beans, drained and rinsed

4 strips of roasted red peppers(in a jar)
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup diced red onion
3 tablespoons jarred sliced jalapeno-chopped
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons lime juice(1 juicy lime)
salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
I did not add the cilantro.
Drizzle in the olive oil until the dip comes to a smooth texture.
Chill in the refrigerator for an hour to let the flavors absorb.
Serve with tortilla chips, a crutitae of veggies, or pita chips.

Have a Fiesta with this dip recipe  !!!!
&
a Margarita to wash it down  !!!
La cuca ra cha !!!
