Gluten ~ Free Almond Butter Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies


                          


Ingredients:

1/2 cup dairy -free butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of Almond butter

1 1/4 cups Gluten -Free Domata Recipe Ready Flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup Dairy -free Dark chocolate chips


 Preparation:
Makes about 18 cookies.


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter  with sugar until smooth.

 3. Add egg and vanilla and beat to combine.


4. Add Almond butter & blend.



 5. In another small bowl whisk together....
 the flour, 


baking soda,

 and salt. 

 Then....
 Sift flour or whisk  mixture together .


6. Add the flour half batches at a time to the butter mixture 
and mix until thoroughly combined. 


7. Stir in the chocolate chips.




8. I'm using a 2 tsp. scoop  which yields a 2" diameter cookie.
 Scoop the cookies batter in portions onto a baking sheet,
about 2 inches apart.

9. Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 8-10 minutes.
For crispier cookies, bake a few minutes longer.

This batch of cookies baked for 10 minutes
 &  came out perfect!

10. Cool cookies on a rack


Enjoy !!!
You might need a glass of Almond milk to wash these down !!!
