We meet once a month to discuss topics such as Celiac disease, other Health related symptoms that are caused from consuming gluten in your diet, we share GF recipes, at some meetings we have speakers/chefs that come in that are connected with the Gluten free community, we share experiences with Gluten free products out in the market & we also discuss the hidden Gluten that are in other
products not just food items.
This group consist of men & woman of different ages with many reasons why they are Gluten –free .
It is nice to meet people that you can share & discuss your experience with Gluten Intolerance.
We are also involved in Gluten Free exhibitions
across the state of Florida .
I’m looking forward to participating in
 my first expos. next year
in St. Petersburg, Fl in March.

This last Saturday Meeting was our
 “Cookie(Swap) Exchange’’
We  had to make/or purchase  2 dozen Gluten free cookies .  The Holidays don’t have to be difficult with baking to celebrate with the festivities being Gluten -free.
We all enjoyed sharing our recipes & we all left with many cookies that I'm sure ....
My husband & I  will really enjoy eating them too!!!
Bring on the Cookies !!!!

I made GF Chocolate snowballs

GF Chocolate covered oreos cookies !
I love to make Chocolate covered oreos
 cookies every year for Christmas.

They were a Hit !!!

The GF Chocolate covered Oreos
 are easy to make too!

You will need:

Gluten free Oreos – I used Glutino Brand
GF chocolate chips-I used Guittard Brand
¼ tsp vegetable oil (For shiny chocolate)
GF Christmas colored sprinkles or non-pariels

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave on low until melted. Stir in vegetable oil.
Place your oreos in the melted chocolate and make sure it is completely covered and then place them
on wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with Christmas colored sprinkles or non-pariels.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets up.

I enjoyed our “Cookie(Swap) Exchange’’  !!!!
