4-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookie

  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • vanilla extract (1/2 tbsp)
  • dark chocolate chips(1/2 cup)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 In large bowl mashed banana with vanilla extract until smooth then stir in the oats & chocolate chips.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
 Drop dough by large tablespoons (I’m using a small scoop)onto cookie sheet; flatten a bit ( using back of your scoop or spoon)
to form a cookie shape.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set.
 Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
 This recipe makes 9 small cookies –You can double up the recipe for bigger shaped cookies or more (18) smaller ones.
You also can add any combination to these cookies such as cinnamon , raisins, any nut you like ..walnuts would be a good choice….
These are Quick, Easy & Yummy !!!
Perfect for a Back to School snack for the kiddos !!!!
