Gluten free !!!
Ingredients:
1 package Glutino Gluten Free Vanilla Creme Cookies
1 package white candiquik or white chocolate chips
Crushed candy canes
1 package Glutino Gluten Free Vanilla Creme Cookies
1 package white candiquik or white chocolate chips
Crushed candy canes
You will Need : Lollipop sticks
Directions:
Melt
your candiquik in the microwave or white chocolate in a double boiler.
Stir. Repeat the 30 second intervals (stirring in-between) until
chocolate is nice and smooth.
Place
a lollipop stick into the center of each sandwich cookie then place
them on parchment or wax paper and chill in the freezer for about 5
minutes .
Dip
the vanilla creme cookies into the melted chocolate, allowing the
excess to drip off into the bowl, and place them on wax paper or
parchment paper.
Sprinkle the crushed peppermint
candy over the melted white chocolate sandwich cookies and place back
in the freezer until the chocolate is set .
