free Chocolate Chip
Pumpkin
Mini Pound Cakes
Ingredients
Directions
1. Heat oven to
350° F. lightly spray a mini pound cake mold with non-stick spray.
2. Combine
pumpkin, chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice, eggs and water and mix well. Add
Vanilla Cake mix and mix well.
3. Bake for
approximately 30-35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean.
The Namaste Foods Gluten free Yellow Cake mix worked really well
in this recipe ! My Fall treats were a Hit !
