  ❎☕  Kicking the Coffee habit ☕


I decided to cut back on caffeine so that means
 the morning Cup of Joe has to go .... 
It has only been 1 week and I'm past the
 headache stage which is a side effect
 from no caffeine... 
I'm not saying I will never have coffee again because
 I  do enjoy a cup of coffee...
 I love the flavor & smell when it is brewing 
so I decided...
I will still enjoy a cup or two on occasion.
Here are a few healthy  beverages that I have 
replaced instead of having coffee...
Plus I'm getting good use out of my "lil" Ninja!!! 

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  1 pkg of Truvia
1-2 tbsp Cacao powder
1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1 scoop Amino Restore 

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 
Serve and Enjoy!

 When I want something really quick & simple 
with not too many ingredients ....
 I make a protein shake or freeze...

4-5 ice cubes
  1 scoop of  Non-dairy/soy Protein Powder(Plant Fusion)

{Cookie & Cream flavor}
1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1 scoop Amino Restore 

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 
Serve and Enjoy!

4-5 ice cubes

1 cup Cantaloupe(Cut in cubes)
6-8 oz Coconut water

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 
Serve and Enjoy! 

Best part of replacing my coffee with these beverages 
is that I don't need to make anything else for breakfast.
These drinks are a meal in itself ...
Plus  provides a natural energy for the day !
